Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the wood ear mushrooms (two fists) clean and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
Cut 2 rice of abalone into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/8
Chop 2 olives.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry abalone with 2 tons of perilla oil.
STEP 5/8
Add 1t of wood ear mushrooms and perilla oil and stir-fry them.
Use low heat and be careful as wood ear mushrooms can splash!
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry 0.2t of salt and 0.5t of brewed soy sauce.
STEP 7/8
Add half a handful of nuts and stir-fry.
STEP 8/8
Put it in and eat it deliciously!
Abalone and nuts make it much better and more delicious. Use low heat and be careful as it may splash when frying wood ear mushrooms!
