Stir-fried bok choy and squid

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the bottom of bok choy and wash it.
After trimming (100g)
STEP 2/6
Cut the cleanly washed squid into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/6
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion and garlic to 3 tablespoon cooking oil and make parmalade oil.
STEP 4/6
When the perm is golden brown, add squid and stir-fry it
STEP 5/6
As soon as the squid gets all the oil, add bok choy and stir-fry it with oyster sauce and a tablespoon of thick soy sauce.
STEP 6/6
When bok choy is out of breath, turn off the gas stove and mix it with perilla oil and sesame seeds.
