How to make it simple with stir-fried dried tofu sauce
I have a lot of dried tofu and eat it often. Even if I eat a lot, it's not too much calories and it feels full, so I eat it more often This time, I made a simple stir-fried dried tofu using the sauce of Doobanjang. It was good as a meal or a simple dish, so it was good as a bowl without side dishes in summer.

    2.5TS
  • cherry tomato
    5~6ea
  • an egg yolk
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Cut the onion in half and shred it. Cut the eggplant into two long pieces and slice it diagonally.
STEP 2/14
Roll up the perilla leaves and chop the green onions.
STEP 3/14
There's also boiled tofu, but we use a lot of tofu, so we're eating it with a lot of tofu. It is made of beans and is rich in nutrients including protein, so it is a favorite ingredient for dieting. Roll a few sheets like this
STEP 4/14
You can cut it at regular intervals. You can cut it by adjusting the thickness according to the dish or style you want. I cut it into about 0.8cm pieces. It's thicker than paper and doesn't look like tofu, but tofu is right.
STEP 5/14
You just have to blanch it like this and blanch it in water for a while. If you want to pass this process, you can use dried tofu that you can eat right away
STEP 6/14
Put it in boiling water, blanch it for about 2 minutes, and scoop it out right away. You have to parboil it to taste the good texture of dried tofu.
STEP 7/14
Do not wash it as it is, but drain it by supporting it on a sieve.
STEP 8/14
Grease a pan and stir-fry green onions to make green onion oil
STEP 9/14
Add eggplant and onion and stir-fry
STEP 10/14
I had cherry tomatoes in the refrigerator, so I cut them in half and put them in. If you have it, put it in. If you don't have it, you can skip it.
STEP 11/14
When the onion color is clear, add blanched dried tofu and 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce. Add or subtract the amount of sauce to suit your taste. It's spicy and delicious even if you just put in the sauce without various seasonings. If you don't like the spicy taste, you can make it with oyster sauce and vinegar.
STEP 12/14
Stir-fry while stirring so that the sauce is evenly soaked, and when it's all fried, add perilla leaves and mix them evenly
STEP 13/14
It's stir-fried tofu that has a subtle scent of perilla leaves.
STEP 14/14
If you put it on a plate and put the egg yolk on it, it's a good bowl of food because you can make it as simple as the world.
Putting the yolk on top of it is much better because it's soft and moist when you pop it with a divine move and rub it
