Cooking Steps

Prepare dried seaweed and raw shiitake mushrooms. You can use other mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms instead of raw shiitake mushrooms.

Soak dried seaweed in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse it once or twice. I used cut seaweed. Soak the long seaweed and cut it into bite-size pieces.
