STEP 1/8
First, I put anchovy kelp pack in water to make anchovy broth. Originally, beef radish soup is made with water, but this time, I made it with anchovy broth.
Even if it's the same food every day, there are times when I want to cook it differently. Even if it's the same menu, just as each person has a different recipe. :)
STEP 2/8
While anchovy broth was being made, radish and tofu were also cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/8
Put 0.5 spoon of sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef with a kitchen towel. I used beef for soup.
The meat doesn't have to be cooked perfectly. You don't have to cook it completely because you're going to stir-fry the radish again.
STEP 4/8
When the color of the meat changes and you feel like it's cooking, stir-fry it with the sliced radish. And if the color of the radish has changed, I'll add the broth and boil it.
STEP 5/8
Now add as much anchovy stock as you want. I like it with a lot of soup, so I made enough broth.
First, boil it over high heat and reduce it when it boils.
STEP 6/8
When the beef radish soup boils, add 0.5 spoons of minced garlic and 1 spoon of soy sauce. And season with salt.
If you taste it, add tofu and boil it again. Tofu beef radish soup is done.
STEP 7/8
Tofu beef radish soup is done!
It became beef radish soup with anchovy broth. With tofu in it, it feels like there's more food to eat.
STEP 8/8
It was my first time putting tofu in beef radish soup, but it felt clean with tofu. And when I added anchovy broth and tofu, not the original recipe, I felt like I was eating a new beef radish soup.
I think beef radish soup is really cool and clean.
When I made it with tofu, I thought the children would eat it well.
A delicious meal today! Thank you for the food!!
