Japanese-style vegetable tempura (beji denpura)
I made crispy fried food at a Japanese restaurant at home. Children love it more healthily with fresh oil. And I strongly recommend it as a side dish for my husband's beer.

Cooking Steps

Boil all the ingredients listed above in the pan and bring to a boil.

Prepare the prepared vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

I'm going to make a batter. The concentration has to be a little watery to make it crispy.

Add some flour to the vegetables.

Put the vegetables covered with flour into the batter and fry them in 170 degrees oil. Fry sweet pumpkin and perilla leaves for about a minute and cook them well, but cook the hard sweet potatoes for about two more minutes.

Place the fries in a cooling net and drain the oil.

Plate the dendash (frying sauce) and tempura in a bowl.
