STEP 1/11
Cut the onions into bite-size pieces.
I wanted to cut it into small pieces because I wanted to cut it into bite-size pieces with ramen.
STEP 2/11
I couldn't just eat it, so I took out the beef sirloin I put in at home. It was frozen, so I quickly defrosted it.
It's delicious even if you just grill it, but it's thick with salt! Dab the pepper! I sprinkled it and left it on standby.
STEP 3/11
It's black bean powder that I had at home.
I always used it when I ate jjajang rice, but I'm going to make jjajang ramen.
STEP 4/11
I put the black bean powder in the water in advance.
You can add jajang powder right away when you cook, but it gets lumpy, so I use it in water when I make jajang rice. I added water to 2 spoons of black bean powder while tasting it.
STEP 5/11
Pour cooking oil into a pan and add green onions.
I used the green onions that I cut in advance in the freezer. Instead of a heated pan, add green onion from the beginning to make green onion oil. And when the scent of green onions comes up, add onions and stir-fry them well.
STEP 6/11
It's ramen noodles for jajang ramen.
We don't have Chapagetti, so of course we don't have Chapagetti. I decided to make Yeol Ramen with the thickest noodles out of all the ramen in my house.
STEP 7/11
Should I put it in right away without cooking the noodles.. I thought about it and cooked it. Next time, I'm going to make a lot of jajang sauce without cooking it first, and then put ramen noodles in it.
And don't throw away the noodles you cooked!
I'll put in noodles instead of water later.
STEP 8/11
Meat that's delicious even if you just grill it! First, heat the empty pan over high heat. When the pan is heated and steaming up, place the meat on top.
Cook over high heat on one side, and cook the overturned noodles over high heat, and now cook over medium heat. It smells delicious already!!
STEP 9/11
Now, put the ramen noodles and pre-mixed jajang powder into the pan where you stir-fry onions and green onions together. And mix well, mixing thoroughly.
Taste it and add more jajang powder if you need more,
If you think it's thick, add a little bit of the noodles you cooked earlier instead of water.
Lastly, add a bit of olive oil like Chapagetti and you're done!
STEP 10/11
If you put the grilled beef on top of the finished jjajang ramen, it's done. The color looks as good as Chapagetti, right?
STEP 11/11
It tasted similar to Chapagetti. I'm a bit bored, so I put in a little bit, but after eating it, I thought about adding more jjajang sauce. I could really eat jjajang ramen with meat.
If you don't have Chapagetti at home but want to taste it quickly, try making it with commercial jjajang powder like me.
You'll feel a similar taste.
