Cooking Steps

Wash the sweet potatoes clean and cut them into 0.5cm thick pieces.

Mix frying powder and cold water in a bowl 1:1 and make it watery

Pour oil into the pan and drop the dough, and when it rises, add sweet potatoes one at a time and fry them until golden.
*The sweet potatoes are thin, so they'll be fried in 1~2 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Place the fried sweet potatoes on a strainer tray to drain the oil and transfer them to a bowl when it cools.
It's hard to fry it in an air fryer, so if you heat it up in an air fryer, it will help you lose all the oil and lose weight. If you put ice in the dough, it's very crispy.
