Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Stir-fry sliced onions in a pan covered with olive oil.
STEP 2/4
When onions are half cooked, add boiled potatoes and bacon and stir-fry.
STEP 3/4
Add baguette and butter and mix well. Butter burns quickly at high temperatures, so be careful about controlling the heat.
STEP 4/4
Pour in the egg mixture seasoned with salt. Cover and cook over low heat until eggs are cooked. Place in an oven container and cook in a 170 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
