Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
[Cabbage bibimbap] Wash 3-4 cabbage leaves and cut them.
STEP 2/6
[Cabbage bibimbap] Chop 1 cucumber and 1/4 tofu into small pieces.
STEP 3/6
[Cabbage Bibimbap] Put the cut ingredients in a bowl and put brown rice on it, then mix it with 2 fried eggs, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 to 2 spoons of perilla powder, and 1 spoon of seaweed.
STEP 4/6
[Cabbage wrap] Wash 3-4 cabbage leaves clean and cut them in half.
STEP 5/6
Prepare tofu, cucumber, garlic, ham, and soybean paste.
STEP 6/6
[Cabbage wrap] Put the ingredients inside the cabbage and wrap it.
