You can make it simple and enjoy it's squid rice
Today, I made squid over rice using squid, the ingredient I had at home. It's a simple and delicious squid over rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
First of all, I cut the squid (except for the intestines, eyeballs, and mouth, and put it in the freezer) I took out the squid I put in the freezer a day ago and defrosted it.
I cleaned and washed it, but I washed it like a shower and drained it.

And I will add carrots, so I cut them just enough to eat them. Please cut the green onions. I didn't take a picture separately because I used the green onion that was sliced and divided into the freezer.
If you want to add cabbage, cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.

Grease the pan with plenty of oil and add green onions.
(Add green onions from the beginning, not hot pan.)
When the scent of green onions comes up and green onion oil comes out!

Add the squid and stir-fry it gently, and when the squid is cooked, add the seasoning and stir-fry more.

First, add 1 spoon of sugar and stir-fry together.
If you add sugar first and coat it, the flavor is much better. Stir-fry sugar evenly.

1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1.5 spoon of red pepper powder,
I added 1.5 spoons of soy sauce (no picture).

Add cabbage while it is thickened.
I couldn't put a lot of cabbage because I didn't have a lot at home.
The cabbage is a little small, so I don't think it went in much.

If you put in cabbage, put in water right away.
I put in a lot of water. The pan was big and I put in about 70ml. You can put it in soft and boil it down while making it.

When the desired concentration of squid over rice is completed, taste it and add more seasoning. If you let the sauce soak well, it's done with squid rice with rice. I decided to eat it right away because it tasted good.
I put in the rice nicely and put in the stir-fried squid. And sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Delicious stir-fried squid and rice!
On top of that, I even put my favorite half-cooked egg fried eggs.
I didn't need any other side dishes to mix it and eat it with squid. It was so good.
It's simple, but it's filling, and since I made it myself, I put a lot of squid in it, so it was even more delicious!
- If you put half-cooked fried eggs on top and mix them together, it becomes more savory.
