Duck-billed cabbage wrap seasoned with ssamjang
Ingredients: 100g duck breast, 4 cabbage, 8 perilla leaves, 1 bowl of rice, sesame oil, salt
Ingredients for making ssamjang (based on 400g duck breast):
Ssamjang (red pepper paste 1 + soybean paste 1 + oligosaccharide 1T + plum juice 1T + garlic 1T + ginger 1/2p + sesame oil 1t)

It's good to buy something that's cut for kneading
I bought raw duck breast and cut it myself

A secret recipe for ssamjang!!
Red pepper paste 1+soybean paste 1+soy sauce 1t + oligosaccharide 1T + plum juice 1T + garlic 1T + ginger 1/2T + pepper + sesame oil 1t
Mix it deliciously~~
If you like sweet and salty, add soy sauce and sugar

Marinate duck with ssamjang for 30 minutes and stir-fry in a pan

If you get a dark brown color, you succeed

I cut ssambap into long pieces with scissors

Steam the cabbage for 15 minutes with the bulging part up
It's not good if it's overcooked

Season rice with salt and sesame oil
