STEP 2/19
Grilled ginger lemon duck oven
Ingredients: 1 duck drumstick, 1 handful of chamnamul, pepper, salt
Seasoning ingredients: soy sauce 2T, lemon juice 1T, ginger 1/2 side, garlic 1/2t, oligosaccharide 1T
Chamnamul sauce: 1t of soy sauce, 1t of lemon juice, 1t of honey

Place a long cut on the skin of the duck legs
Put a short sheath in the back

Grind 1/2 side of ginger on a grater

Mix 1T lemons (1/2 lemons) and ground ginger

Spread ginger lemon evenly on duck legs,
Duck has ginger and lemon scent, so it doesn't smell bad and it smells good

Dip salt and pepper back and forth and marinate for 20 minutes~~

Put ginger lemon juice evenly between the cuts

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
(The oven specification varies from house to house, so adjust it.Just enough to make the duck slightly cooked on the outside.)

I'm going to make the sauce for the oven
2T soy sauce, 1T lemon juice, 1/2 side ginger, 1/2t garlic, 1T oligosaccharide
Taste it and adjust the sweetness to your liking~~

Spread soy sauce evenly on the grilled duck legs

It's seasoned. It can be burnt at high temperatures
Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and bake for 10 minutes
I can't believe I don't have to turn over my recent oven ^^;

When it's cooked, put the sauce on it again~~

Then, slice the lemon peel and sprinkle it with parsley powder.
And if you bake it again at 160 degrees for another 10 minutes, it's done

Season the chamnamul~~
Add 1t of soy sauce, 1t of lemon juice, and 1t of honey and mix them very sweet and sour~
The sour taste of the lemon is the point.
