STEP 1/8
Wash the onions and finely chop them into 1mm thickness with capers and enchovy.

Mix the ingredients of 1 in a bowl well with yogurt, parmesan cheese, and mustard to make a dressing.

Wash romaine, spinach, cherry tomatoes and carrots, cut romaine and spinach into 3cm*3cm pieces, 1/4 for tomatoes and 3cm*0.3cm for carrots.

Cut the chicken breast diagonally into 4*0.5cm sizes and season with powder soup (3g) and olive oil (10g).
STEP 5/8
Cook 4 chicken in a heated pan.
STEP 6/8
When it boils in a pot, put the noodles in and boil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, wash them in cold water and remove the water.

Put noodles in a bowl and mix with powder soup (3g) and olive oil (20g).
STEP 8/8
Place all ingredients in a bowl, dressing in a dressing bowl.
