Ingredients
  • Kimchi

  • leek
    1handful
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Red pepper powder
    2T
  • Soy sauce
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add oil to the pan and stir-fry 1T of green onion and minced garlic.
STEP 2/4
When green onions and garlic are fried, add kimchi and stir-fry. Add 1T of sugar and mix.
STEP 3/4
When the kimchi is fried to a certain extent, add 2T of red pepper powder, 1T of soy sauce, and 1T of sesame oil and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/4
If you mix it well and stir-fry it, it's done.
1. Onions can be omitted. 2. You can add more sugar and starch syrup depending on the sourness of kimchi.
