Cooking Steps

First, shred the onion.

I'm going to marinate the onions.
Add 2 spoons of sugar, 0.3 spoons of salt, and 4 spoons of vinegar and mix well.

Then, add sliced onions and pickle them.
Then the texture is alive and the spicy taste disappears.

I don't have any vegetables at home, so I sliced cabbage and prepared a small amount of crown daisy.
If you have perilla leaves, cucumbers, paprika, and radish sprouts, it's even more delicious if you prepare them and put them in.
(I replaced cucumber and paprika with crown daisy instead of cabbage and perilla leaves. And I steamed the leftover cabbage to eat it as a cabbage wrap.)

You can steam smoked duck or grill it in a pan. I steamed a little for about 3 minutes, made a soft smoked duck, and I wanted to get rid of the grease, so I baked it a little more in the pan.

Put lukewarm water in a wide bowl.
Then soak 1 sheet of rice paper in water for about 5 seconds and take it out. Then, add the ingredients and roll it.
Surprisingly, it was hard to make rice paper in a pretty shape.

To be honest, I ate one or two bites while rolling it, and when I tried to take a picture, there were only four points left..

It's good to shake off the refrigerator because you put all the vegetables in your house on a Vietnamese wrap diet. You can also make peanut sauce or wasabi sauce.
But I skipped it because it was made with a diet.

When you make a lunch box, it's good because it's simple to make a spring roll. I ate it with sweet potatoes.
It's like a healthy diet, so there's no pressure to eat it.
