First, drain the blood from LA ribs.
I changed it to cold water often and let it out for about 3 hours.

Pour 8 cups of water and boil the water with 4 pieces of green onion, garlic, and pepper.

The water will be used as a broth, so LA ribs were washed after removing the blood from the meat.

While boiling LA ribs, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of refined rice wine, 10 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, and 1 teaspoon of pepper and mix well.

Cut the meat into bones and put it in an earthen pot.

Filter the broth on a cloth.

Put the seasoning on the meat and pour 3 cups of broth to boil.
Grind the meat and allow the seasoning to be cut evenly.

When the sauce is cut into the meat, add garlic.
Garlic can be added with the sauce, but when I saw it at Bilpune's table, they put it in separately.
I think this is a secret. I tried copying it.

When the seasoning is almost boiled down, add green onions and mix.

Sprinkle sesame seeds.

I only put the red pepper on it later.
If I mix it, they'll say it's too much.
If you want to eat spicy, you can add Cheongyang red pepper.

The remaining seasoning was so delicious that it was a waste to throw it away.
When I saw Bilpune's table, I heard that they fry rice with the leftover sauce.
So we decided to stir-fry it.

Stir-fry rice and sesame oil in the remaining sauce of braised beef ribs.

Sprinkle seaweed flakes on top of fried rice.
STEP 15/17
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over seaweed flakes, cover and wait until cheese melts.
I was too lazy to remove the rice paste on the floor, so I turned off the light when it cracked and left the lid covered.

After 5 to 10 minutes, the cheese melts on its own.
