Cooking Steps

Drain as much water as possible from the container of loach. Then pour a thick salt soup bowl into a container containing half of the moving loach and close the lid. This process is necessary even if it is cruel because loach needs to be alive to eat salt and relieve it.

The loach looks lumpy with salt and foam from the loach. They don't move together, but they're almost dead.
STEP 4/21
Wash the dead loach with salt and rub it hard. If you repeat rinsing and rubbing under running water, the white foam that had been coming out of the loach is hardly coming out. Until then, rub the loach tightly and wash it.

Shake the loach in running water and drain it as much as possible.

Put 1kg of loach in a pot, pour 2 liters of water, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and boil it over a gas fire.
