STEP 1/14
I bought the dried pollack directly from the mountain area for 55,000 won for 10 pieces of the Yongdae-ri Direct Delivery Extra Large, and 25,000 won for the deodeok with 700 grams of peeled.
It's a lot. Two dried pollack and deodeok will use about 300 grams
STEP 2/14
First, wash the dried pollack in running water. Wash it until it gets wet and squeeze it out
STEP 3/14
Let's make dried pollack sauce. 2 servings of soy sauce 2. Sesame oil 4. Cooking wine 4
I mixed it
STEP 4/14
Season the dried pollack first. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooking wine, and leave it on the side
STEP 5/14
Dab Deodeok with the knife and spread it out
STEP 6/14
Mix all the red pepper paste seasonings for roasting. Red pepper paste 2, red pepper powder 2, soy sauce 4, cooking wine 4, starch syrup 4, plum juice 4, sugar 1, garlic 1, sesame oil 4
I used it
STEP 7/14
First, put the sauce on the deodeok. You can do it as if you're mixing it. I put in 2 spoons first and then added 1 spoonful
STEP 8/14
a grain of color. I'll season deodeok like this
STEP 9/14
Grill the seasoned dried pollack first. Put enough cooking oil on medium heat
Please cook it for me. If you flip it often in the middle, the shape stays well
STEP 10/14
when the shape is straightened
Spread the seasoning back and forth.
Keep the heat medium.
STEP 11/14
Turn it over so that the sauce doesn't burn. Add the sauce and put it on
STEP 12/14
When the dried pollack is cooked to a certain extent, put the seasoned deodeok on top.
Of course, you can grill dried pollack and deodeok separately.
STEP 13/14
Deodeok doesn't have to be fully cooked. Is the sauce cooked? Deodeok in summer is bitter. If you cook it, it's only sweet.
When deodeok is done, put sesame oil or perilla oil and turn off the heat
Dried pollack and deodeok use the same seasoning as above
