How to grill hairtail, yellow corvina
If you're afraid of the smell and splashing oil, try grilling fish using an air fryer like me! It doesn't take as much time as I thought, and there's not much to do, so it's very comfortable and nice!

My favorite white fish is hairtail and croaker. It's a fish that Simni gave me a long time ago, but I finally took it out and ate it. These days, digging into the refrigerator is in full swing, and the reality is that you have to fill it up as soon as you dig it in to endure every day.

Both hairtail and yellow corvina were trimmed and seasoned with salt, so I moved the frozen fish to the refrigerator and thawed it for about a day.
In the case of fish, most people don't eat it because of the fishy smell, but it's a precious fish, so you should eat it deliciously.

If you leave it in the refrigerator for more than a day, it melts like it was first received. I took it out and cut two pieces of paper foil and laid them on each fish. There is no reason to mix and grill yellow corvina because it smells fishy rather than hairtail.

I put a hairtail that is less thick than I thought downstairs and a corvina that is a little fleshy in the upper compartment. Our air fryer is 422 air fryer.
You can grill the first and second floors together, so I grilled all five corvina and five pieces of hairtail together. One meal is enough LOL They know better about delicious food.

First, I put fish on paper foil and sprinkled grape seed oil, canola oil, or cooking oil. I'll put pepper on it with pepper.

The basic setting temperature of the air fryer is 180 degrees and the time is 20 minutes are 20 minutes. I changed the top and bottom and cooked it for about 5 more minutes because it was too much.

When the corvina in the upper compartment was cooked to some extent, it took about 15 minutes to change the upper compartment and the lower compartment. I flipped the fish in the middle.

The best thing about baking in an air fryer is that it doesn't get dirty around the induction, and it has a huge advantage that the frying pan doesn't come out.

It's perfect if you go in almost the same time as the cooking time. While cooking the fish, take out side dishes or kimchi and prepare the table, and the time is just right.
It's so comfortable that it's baked in its original shape without being crushed.
It doesn't taste fishy because it's white fish, but the air fryer smells like fish. So after I finished eating, I put a bit of baking soda on it and wiped it off with citric acid, and it became clean again.
