Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the onion into small pieces.
STEP 2/7
Wash sour kimchi two or three times in water and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/7
Put chopped onions, sour kimchi, 3 spoons of sesame oil, 3 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of perilla powder in a large bowl and mix them well with your hands.

Transfer to an empty container and refrigerate. The next day, you can take it out of the refrigerator and use it as a gimbap ingredient or just eat it as it is

Place 2 sheets of seasoned laver and spread the rice evenly.
