  • Romaine

  • Hot dog bun
    2ea
  • Shred cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Honey mustard
  • Whole Grain Mustard
  • Butter
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
2 slices of romaine lettuce, 1/2 small onion, custard cheese for salad, butter
[Sauce] Whole Grain Mustard, Sweet Rallish, Ketchup, Honey Mustard
STEP 2/15
Hot dog buns (2), frank sausages (2), smoked duck slices (8 points)
STEP 3/15
Add butter and stir-fry onions until golden brown
STEP 4/15
Blanch the hive-cut frank sausage and smoked duck slices in hot water to remove the fat and salty taste
STEP 5/15
Stir-fry blanched sausage and duck in butter
STEP 6/15
Spread the Whole Grain mustard sauce thinly over the hot dog bun
STEP 7/15
I'm going to put on a piece of Romaine lettuce

Add the stir-fried onions

If you put too much sauce, it might be salty, so apply it thinly! Make sure to blanch the furanque sausage and smoked duck slices in hot water!
