  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Blend tofu, sesame seeds, salt and soy milk in a blender.
STEP 2/4
Boil eggs in boiling water for at least 9 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Boil noodles in boiling water and rinse in cold water.
STEP 4/4
Place noodles in bowl, pour bean water and place cucumber and egg on top.
Taste and add sugar or salt.
