Gatdon Kimchi Stew made with old gat kimchi. This is a delicacy
At some point, the gat kimchi that I put in when I made kimchi was in the corner of the kimchi refrigerator as the family began to turn away, so I prepared gat kimchi stew.

  • God Kimchi
    600g
  • Pork
    400g
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea

  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the mustard kimchi into bite-sized pieces
STEP 2/8
Make tofu thick and cut Cheongyang red pepper diagonally.
STEP 3/8
Put the stew meat in a pot and pour enough water (800ml) to cover the meat and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/8
Remove the foam that rises as the soup boils with a ladle and bring to a boil until the meat is cooked.
STEP 5/8
Add the mustard kimchi and simmer for another 10 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Add chili pepper, minced garlic, tofu, and green onion
STEP 7/8
If you boil it for a while, it's done.
STEP 8/8
The refreshing and spicy taste of fresh mustard kimchi is a delicacy as it melts in the soup.
