Cut 2.5kg of pork skin into 6 to 8 pieces and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes to drain the blood

When the soup boils, add 7 bay leaves, 1/3 tbsp whole pepper, 1/3 tbsp cinnamon powder and season
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes over high heat, 35 minutes over medium heat, and 10 minutes over low heat

Take out the boiled pig situation, put it in a sieve, mix 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, apply it to the skin of the pig situation, and cool it down

The situation is the thigh meat on the pig's feet
If you boil jokbal, it's more convenient to use the situation because you have to remove the bones
It tastes good, too. It's much better than the hind legs when you buy the skin on the front legs.
