When water comes out of the radish, add salt and stir-fry once, then add sugar, fish sauce, garlic, and green onion and stir-fry.
Ginger is used only for summer radish to remove bitterness. Winter radishes are sweet and add less sugar.
The radish should be cooked with a little power left, and it should not be stirred much so that the radish will not break.
