Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients.

Wash the blanched octopus legs clean and cut them into bite-size pieces.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry octopus legs over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add red pepper powder and stir-fry over medium heat for about a minute.

Add green onion, onion, cheongyang red pepper, and soy sauce and boil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. (Tip. If you don't want spicy taste, take out cheongyang red pepper.)

Add sesame oil and mix well to finish.

Put the rice sauce on top of the rice and sprinkle the chives It's good to sprinkle sesame seeds, too.
