Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice chives 2cm apart, and shred onions thinly.
STEP 2/6
Remove the seeds of red cheongyang peppers and slice them thinly, and cut whole garlic in half.
STEP 3/6
Making Seasoned Chives: Mix chives, onions, red pepper, 2 tablespoons plum extract, and 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce in a bowl.
STEP 4/6
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon whole perilla seeds and mix them to make seasoned chives.
STEP 5/6
Then, bake smoked duck meat and whole garlic in a pan without oil.
STEP 6/6
Making Vietnamese Spring Rolls: When all the ingredients are ready, put rice paper underneath, add seasoned chives, smoked duck meat, and whole garlic, and roll it up.
