Can you make yakgwa that you can't eat at home easily with ingredients you have at home? If I make it by hand, wrap it, and give it to them as a gift, they like it so much! There are no special ingredients, so why don't you try it?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Put the cleaning ingredients in a pot at once, boil over medium heat, and when it boils up, boil over low heat for 5 minutes to cool.

Put sugar and water in a stainless bowl and whip about 100 times.
STEP 3/11
Whisk in sugar water, then add oil and whip until blended.

In Step 3, sift the gravitational powder and cinnamon powder.

Mix in 11 shapes with a spatula and clump the dough together.

Heat an appropriate amount of dough (about 23 to 24g) to fit the mold and make it into a circle.

Press it down on the yakgwa frame and gently wipe it off like a slight push on the edge.

Fry the yakgwa in the preheated 130 oil.
STEP 9/11
Place fried yakgwa on paper foil to drain the oil.
STEP 10/11
Put the hot fried yakgwa in a cooled pickle and soak it for 10 to 20 minutes.

Make sure to put the yakgwa neatly on a wide sieve and remove the yakgwa! If you do that, you can eat yakgwa soaked in hearing aid^^
1) If you don't have honey or lemon syrup, you can replace it with oligosaccharide or citrus syrup. 2) If you don't have a medicine and a mold, you can use a round or a mold. :-D 3) If the dough gets dry, leave it at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to make it thicker. 4) You can keep frying oil on your own. 5) Make sure to cool down the collection, then soak the hot yakgwa, and put the soaked yakgwa on a sieve to remove the collection.
