STEP 1/9
When making watermelon bingsu, put the round part of the scoop into the watermelon bingsu and transfer the watermelon to another bowl.
STEP 2/9
Put the remaining watermelon in a blender and grind it with 1 tablespoon of honey.
I removed the watermelon seeds.
My husband eats watermelon with seeds, but kids spit them out. Of course I spit it out.
So I removed the seeds. It was hard because watermelon had a lot of seeds
STEP 3/9
The watermelon is sweet, so 1 tablespoon of honey is enough.
Add honey, syrup or sugar if it is not sweet.
I'm not going to eat it right now, so I'm going to freeze the ground watermelon.
I'm going to eat it cool the next day
STEP 4/9
Put the ground watermelon in the ziplock.
STEP 5/9
At first, I just put it in the freezer, but I was worried that the child might explode, so I supported it in a container and froze it. LOL
STEP 6/9
The next morning, I took it out of the refrigerator and pressed it with my hand, and it was frozen properly.
So I drank a cup of watermelon juice from the morning.
STEP 7/9
I feel like I'm in a cafe because I put a watermelon with a mold on the frozen watermelon juice.
I can't go to coffee shops because of COVID-19... crying
The remaining frozen watermelon is hot, but I put it back in the freezer for my husband to come in after work.
STEP 8/9
The watermelon froze well.
Pound it with a mortar to make sherbet.
STEP 9/9
Put it in a cup.
It doesn't melt well, so put in honey, syrup, or oligosaccharide instead of sugar^^
