I only put on the finished food every time, but I'm thinking of putting on the sauce today. It feels like I'm taking a break. It's just mayo soy sauce, It's mayonnaise with cheongyang red pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce, and parmesan cheese powder. I think it's more palatable than regular mayonnaise than tartar sauce. It was perfect to dip it in fried food. It helps with the greasy taste and sometimes. When you eat fried food, try making it quickly. ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add Cheongyang red pepper to make it taste more greasy.
STEP 2/4
Mix it well with mayonnaise and soy sauce. I added a small amount of soy sauce, but the last seasoning is Parmesan cheese powder.
STEP 3/4
Add minced garlic and a little honey and mix. If you want a sour taste, you can add vinegar or lemon juice. I chose lemon juice for the sour taste. Mix it well.
STEP 4/4
If it tastes sour after tasting it, you can add lemon juice, honey if it tastes sweet, and if it doesn't taste right, you can add Parmesan cheese powder to make the sauce to suit your taste. And finish by spraying parsley powder on top!! Salmon that goes well with fried food would be good, too. I think this is much more to our taste than tartar sauce. If you ripen it for about a day, Cheongyang red pepper will taste spicy and pungent.
