Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop the potatoes and pumpkins.
Slice shiitake into slices.
STEP 2/7
Pour the meat and broth into a pot and boil it over medium-low heat until the meat is cooked.

Add seasoning ingredients and boil over low heat with a lid on it.

Put dried shiitake right away without being called.(It brings out the chewy taste)

When the seasoning permeates the meat, add the potatoes.

Add minced garlic and cover and boil until potatoes are cooked.

Finally, taste it, add pumpkin and boil it once over high heat, and turn off the heat when the pumpkin is tender.
