Mix sugar, salt, and yeast in a strong flour, then add eggs and milk (20 seconds microwave) and mix

When it's in one lump, put butter on it and mix it several times with your hands to absorb it into the batter

Make a circle and ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes

Pull the dough with your hands and fold it about 10 times. Roll the dough and do it all over

Let the smooth side go up and ferment for 30 minutes

Remove the gas with your hands, cut it into 9 pieces, and then wrap it around and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature

Bake it for 18-20 minutes at 170-180 degrees
