STEP 1/12
Slice the bacon into big chunks.
STEP 2/12
I prepared this because I had fine green onions. You can skip it or bring vegetables such as paprika.
STEP 3/12
Cut the potato into thick wedged potato visuals. I washed it clean and cut it with the skin.
STEP 4/12
Soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes and drain it with a sieve.
STEP 5/12
Sprinkle with salt and apply olive oil evenly or mix.
STEP 6/12
Add plenty of parsley powder
STEP 7/12
The French fries are made in the air fryer, which is preheated at 200 degrees Celsius, and then heated for about 20 minutes. There may be a time difference between baking depending on the thickness of the potato.
STEP 8/12
The fries are light and well-done
STEP 9/12
Place French fries on an iron plate and top with mozzarella cheese and chopped green onions.
STEP 10/12
Add bacon drippings and mozzarella cheese on top of it, and add the remaining chopped green onions.
STEP 11/12
If the capacity is big, you can keep turning it in the air fryer. I put it in the cast iron pan and baked it in the oven because it didn't fit, so you can microwave it. I baked it for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
STEP 12/12
It's good to grill it in an air fryer and eat it as wedge potatoes, but it tastes better to eat it as a fried Oji cheese that has a good savory taste of cheese. It tastes better with Parmesan cheese.
