Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut a handful of chives into 1cm pieces.
STEP 2/6
Stir in 3 eggs and beat them.
STEP 3/6
Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and when it is heated enough to make smoke, pour the eggs and stir (don't cook too much). (as if scrambled)
If the egg comes up when you pour it in, it'll do well
STEP 4/6
Add chives and stir it
STEP 5/6
Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir it (so that the eggs are not fully cooked until here~)
STEP 6/6
Turn off the heat and sprinkle a little bit of sesame oil or perilla oil before eating.
I used perilla oil because I thought perilla oil was more delicious..
Add eggs and cook in a flash. Like scrambling, it's soft and delicious when it's not cooked too well. Please turn on the volume and watch the video above
