STEP 1/6
- Tomato Curry Ingredients: Commercial Curry Powder / 6 tomatoes / Onions / Carrots / Green peppers / Potatoes / Pork / Zucchini / Pepper Powder
(You can make vegetables using what you have)
(And tomatoes are made for 6 servings.. I use 6 tomatoes thinking it's 1 tomato for 1 serving!)
STEP 2/6
1. Stir-fry pork and onions with olive oil.
If you see the pork cooking
Add the 6 tomatoes cut into pieces.
As if you're putting tomatoes on the bottom...
Cook meat and onions on top of tomatoes.
* At this time!!! Close the lid to trap the water...
(After a while, tomato broth is formed.)
Cut all the ingredients into cubes!!! (Even tomatoes!!!)
STEP 3/6
2. Vegetable broth from tomatoes. You have to put water in your mouth...
Add about 200ml of water..
Throw curry powder together.
(Or you can melt curry powder (solid + powder) in 200ml of hot water and pour it in!!)
Add a bit of pepper powder at the end. (It's okay to skip it.)
STEP 4/6
3. In this state, reduce the heat to medium and cook it as if it is thick.
STEP 5/6
I don't know if it's because of the tomato..
Red? That moisturizing tomato curry that feels like that
STEP 6/6
I didn't add much water...
It was my first time making curry like this
Surprised by the deep taste! a startling surprise.
I really recommend it!! I hope you make it at least once...
I was greedy and bought a box of tomatoes..
I was struggling because it wasn't as easy as I thought...
I can't believe I used 6 of them after making that moisturizing tomato curry.. Haha
That moisturizing tomato curry!! I strongly recommend this tomato dish!!!!
