Preparing ingredients
Onions, carrots, potatoes, smoked duck, rice, oyster sauce, eggs

Onions - Peel, Root Removal
Carrot, potato. Remove the skin
STEP 3/14
Onions, carrots, potatoes - cut into 0.5cm pieces

Cut duck into 2cm thick smoked duck

Stir-fry duck in a heated pan until golden brown

Stir-fry to suit your taste Remove grease (remove 1 tablespoon left)
About 50% - soft texture
About 80% - dry texture

Add onions

Add potatoes when the onions are half-transparent

Put in the carrot in 3 to 5 minutes
