Onions, carrots, potatoes, smoked duck, rice, oyster sauce, eggs

Onions - Peel, Root Removal
Carrot, potato. Remove the skin

Onions, carrots, potatoes - cut into 0.5cm pieces

About 50% - soft texture
About 80% - dry texture

Put in the carrot in 3 to 5 minutes

Season when the ingredients are fried to a certain extent (can be omitted if replaced with oyster sauce) Salt, pepper
