Cooking Steps

Cut the zucchini into 0.5cm thick pieces.

Add enough oil to the pot and stir-fry pork, rice wine, and ground garlic until the meat is cooked white.

*The meat was stir-fried and boiled, so I added the coin broth later, but usually when the water boils, please add it.

When the zucchini is fully cooked, boil it with 1T salted shrimp, 1T salted anchovy, and 1T red pepper powder.

After stir-frying the pork first, I added the coin broth later, but usually you can boil the water and put it in, and if you put it in from the beginning, it becomes a thick broth. I only added red pepper powder as a stew seasoning, but even if I add red pepper paste, it's good for spicy zucchini stew.
