STEP 1/12
The cow's feet are soaked in cold water to remove the blood.

Boil beef feet in boiling water over high heat for 10 minutes.

Rinse the boiled beef feet with cold water and wash them one by one.

Place beef brisket in a pot and add water 3/4 of the beef brisket height. Add ginger, pepper, pepper and cooking wine and bring to a boil over high heat.

When it starts to boil, close the lid and lower the heat to medium. All you have to do is keep boiling.

I forget about it from time to time, and then open the lid and look at the condition. Roughly remove the oil from the water and replenish the water by maintaining 3/4 of the beef leg.

Boil it for about 4 hours, and the beef will be boiled to the point where it being firm. Please turn off the gas for now.

Remove only the beef leg ingredients and let cool for a while.

Put the disposable gloves on the rubber gloves and separate the flesh from the bone. Place the flesh separately in a pot, and put the bones back into the boiling stock.

When the bone broth starts to boil over high heat, reduce the heat to low and simmer for an hour.

After cooling down, strain the broth through a sieve to complete the boiled broth.
STEP 12/12
Pour a little broth into a pot with only the flesh and eat it as boiled pork.
Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, then turn off the heat. After you go down further, you can cook it in the same way from the process of applying the flesh and bone.
