Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, soak the seaweed in cold water.
STEP 2/7
Put 1500ml water in a pot and boil the kelp. When the water starts to boil, add the prepared depot and anchovies for broth and open the lid to boil (minimum 10 minutes)

After turning off the heat, add a handful of bonito, wait for 5 minutes, strain it out and prepare a clean broth.
