STEP 1/10
Slice mushrooms into pieces, cut onions and red-yellow paprika, and cut Cheongyang peppers in half to remove seeds and chop them into small pieces. If you don't like the spicy taste, add green pepper or green pepper.
STEP 2/10
Chop chives or green onions and cut bacon into about 1.5cm wide pieces
STEP 3/10
Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry the sliced paprika, button mushrooms, cheongyang peppers, onions, and bacon, then add 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry it while mixing the sauce evenly.
STEP 5/10
Mash two to three peeled boiled potatoes with a food masher. Boiled potatoes taste good even if you replace them with steamed sweet potatoes. You can skip boiled potatoes, but if you put them in, they taste better because they are solid and light
STEP 6/10
Spread spaghetti sauce evenly on tortilla and put mozzarella cheese and boiled potatoes on top and stir-fried vegetables. Put sliced green onions on top.
STEP 7/10
Lastly, add mozzarella cheese evenly
STEP 8/10
Fold it in half, but I filled it in about two-thirds and covered it up like this much. If you fold it so that you can see the ingredients on the edge, it looks more delicious when it's done.
STEP 9/10
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes and turn it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to complete tortilla quesadia. There may be a time difference depending on the device. Grilling is also possible in the air fryer. These ingredients are already cooked, so you can grill them until the cheese melts.
STEP 10/10
I made tortilla quesadilla right away. It's complete.
