Please cut the vegetables first.
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please. I like big ones, so I cut them big.

I'm going to boil the chicken.
The cut chickens can cause foreign substances and bone powder caused by cutting in between, so please go through the process of boiling them.
I put in 4 bay leaves and boiled them.
I'm not going to cook it all the way to the meat, I'm just going to cook the outside.
Rinse the lightly boiled meat clean.

Add enough water to cover the chicken.
I put in 3 cups based on beer cups of beer.

Add sugar first and bring to a boil.
If you put sugar in it later, it won't absorb sugar because of other seasonings.
That's why you put in more sugar than you need, so please put in the sugar first.

Add the trimmed vegetables.
Add hard things such as potatoes and carrots first and cook them half way. I added onions.

Add the onion and season immediately.
Season until the soup boils down and the potatoes and carrots are almost done.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Lastly, add the green onion and boil it.

If it's not enough, adjust it to your taste
You have to put sugar before other seasonings.
