Please prepare the ingredients. (Tip. Wash the cucumbers clean and prepare them, chop the chives, and chop the red pepper.)

Cut the cucumber into 1.5mm to 2mm thick pieces.

Mix cucumber and coarse salt in a bowl and let stand for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

After some time, rinse the cucumber under running water, drain it slightly, and drain it to prepare. (Tip. You don't add salt separately during the frying process, so you have to leave the salt.)

Grease a pan with perilla oil and stir-fry cucumber on high heat for 1 minute. (Tip. Perilla oil can be replaced with sesame oil.)

Add ground garlic and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute. (Tip. After pickled cucumbers, rinse them in water for a long time and season them with a little salt.)

Add chives and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Before turning off the heat, add red pepper and finish mixing evenly.
STEP 9/10
Place stir-fried cucumber in a wide bowl and cool. (Tip. If you omit the process of cooling the heat, the color may turn yellow, so make sure to cool it before putting it in a bowl or side dish container.)

Place stir-fried cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Note: Pickled cucumber time is not included in cooking time.
