Cooking Steps

Preparation of materials

[Seasoned cucumber] Soak sliced cucumber in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes and squeeze the water out
STEP 3/7
Put the drained cucumber in a bowl and add 3 spoons of seasoned plum extract, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 2 spoons of sesame oil, 1 spoon of ground garlic, and sesame seeds

[Seasoned cucumber] If you mix it well, you're done

[Cucumber noodles] Boil noodles in boiling water for less than 4 minutes and wash them several times in running cold water to remove starch. For your information, if there's not enough water in the noodles, it's dry, so don't remove the water completely, but just shake it off
