Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash brown rice and glutinous rice thoroughly and soak them for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 2/9
Cook rice with soaked rice and 2 cups of water.
STEP 3/9
Chop the onion, ham, and carrot while the rice is cooked.
STEP 4/9
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry minced onions, carrots, and ham.

When the vegetables and ham are stir-fried, add rice and furikake and mix.

Make a round rice ball.

Beat the eggs and coat the rice balls with egg water.

Coat with breadcrumbs and fry in oiled cooking oil at 170CC.

When it is fried brown back and forth, place it on a kitchen towel to drain the oil.
