Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the onion, green onion, and garlic.
STEP 2/6
Beat in eggs, oil in a frying pan, and make scrambled eggs.
STEP 3/6
Pour oil into a frying pan and add sliced garlic.
STEP 4/6
When garlic is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry onion, shrimp, and pepper.
STEP 5/6
When the shrimp is cooked, add tofu noodles and bean sprouts and stir-fry them with 0.5T of oyster sauce, 2t of anchovy sauce (small spoon), and 1T of Sriracha.

Add tofu noodles and stir-fry it slightly, and it's done
