Cut the trimmed baby cone sideways.

Chop the onion.

Blanch baby cones with salt in boiling water.
STEP 4/7
Wash the blanched baby cone in cold water and remove the water.
STEP 5/7
Put cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry onions.
STEP 6/7
When the onion is cooked, add the baby cone and stir-fry it.
