STEP 1/10
Grease a pan with a moderate amount of oil and stir-fry sliced onions and garlic.
STEP 2/10
When onions and garlic are brown, add bacon and stir-fry.
(I used frozen bacon in the freezer, so I defrosted it in advance.)
STEP 3/10
Add chili flakes or pepperoncino to add a spicy flavor.
(If it's tteokbokki for children, you can skip this process.)
STEP 4/10
If the ingredients are golden brown, pour 500ml of milk.
(If you want to adjust the concentration of milk according to your preference, pour in an appropriate amount and add it if necessary^^)
STEP 5/10
The key to taste! The secret of tteokbokki without failure!
Add a bag of ramen soup.
(It doesn't matter what kind it is, but I used spicy ramen soup!)
STEP 6/10
I'm going to put in the rice cake.
(If you use frozen rice cake, you have to defrost it in advance. I used rice cake, but it doesn't matter if it's wheat cake.)
STEP 8/10
Add sliced cheese.
(You can change the type of slice cheese, but I recommend sliced cheese rather than mozzarella or parmesan cheese.)
STEP 9/10
If the cheese is melted, add half a spoon of red pepper powder to the thickened sauce.
STEP 10/10
Done! I put tteokbokki on the plate and sprinkled it with herb mix and cheese powder. Now you can enjoy your meal :)
1. You have to add enough garlic and onion scent and stir-fry bacon to make it taste good^^
2. When using rice cakes, it is recommended to set a short cooking time.
(Compared to wheat cake, rice cake spreads relatively quickly when heated for a long time.)
