Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
I made it smaller than Yoon Hye-jin's.
STEP 2/15
Soak Cheongyang peppers in vinegar and wash them in running water
STEP 3/15
Cut it into 4 pieces and chop it into small pieces. Make sure to wear gloves and cut it. If I cut a lot of Cheongyang peppers, my fingertips hurt, and if it's severe, it hurts like a fire, so I suffer for a long time.
STEP 4/15
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 5/15
I prepared a little red pepper to make the color, but if you don't have it, you can pass it coolly.
STEP 6/15
Add minced garlic and onions to a small spoonful of cooking oil and stir-fry until color changes.
STEP 7/15
If the color of the onion changes, add the chopped peppers and stir-fry for a while.
STEP 8/15
And then I put in 1/2 cup (100ml) of water, but you have to adjust it according to the amount of pepper.
STEP 9/15
Adjust the amount of water so that the peppers are soaked in 1/3 to 1/2 of the time.
STEP 10/15
And add the tuna sauce.
If you don't have tuna fish sauce, you can replace it with anchovy fish sauce. In the video, they put in anchovy sauce because they ran out of tuna sauce.
STEP 11/15
Add soy sauce and season it. Add tuna sauce or soy sauce if you like salty.
STEP 12/15
Bring to a boil over low heat until the water is gone.
STEP 13/15
If you see the floor, the moisture that was there will be gone
STEP 14/15
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and complete the red pepper paste.
STEP 15/15
It's delicious even if you mix it with rice, and it's delicious even if you make sweet pepper gimbap^^

I made a bunch of perch (about 40) because it's hard to handle. It's delicious while making it? I thought I made a note while boiling it down with carrots and sugar, but the moment I cool it down and put it on rice, it's amazing. Wow... Why did I know this now... I'll take out the old dangcho that I put in the freezer and make it. I made about 40 of them, but one comes out as a medium-sized glass side dish container.
