Spicy eel soup boiled like beef soup
Eels are trimmed and sold these days. It's easier to cook eel at home than before. It is very easy to grill the trimmed eel, cook it, or make it with soup or soup. I made a simple eel soup with the trimmed eel as if I were making Gyeongsang-do beef soup. Cut eels, green onions, bean sprouts, minced garlic, red pepper powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and water are the ingredients needed to cook eel soup. It's very simple, but it's delicious. It tastes different from eel soup with boiled eel meat on a sieve.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Remove two trimmed eels from the freezer, defrost them, wash them clean in running water, and drain as much as possible.
STEP 2/12
Cut out the head with bones. For your information, I put in the eel head and boiled it together because I didn't want to throw away the eel head, but it's annoying that bones come out sometimes while eating eel soup. You can put the head of the eel separately and use it to boil the eel well and boil the eel soup that lowers the flesh on a sieve.
STEP 3/12
Cut the eel into 2 to 3 cm thick pieces and prepare it.
STEP 4/12
Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pot and stir-fry 3 tablespoon of minced garlic first.
STEP 5/12
Add 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 6/12
Add the prepared eel and stir-fry it.
STEP 7/12
When the eel is cooked, season it with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
STEP 8/12
Pour in 8 cups of water.
STEP 9/12
When the soup boils evenly, lower the heat to medium to low and boil.
STEP 10/12
Wash a bag of 500g of bean sprouts.
STEP 11/12
Prepare 3 green onions, cut the white part diagonally, and boil it with bean sprouts.
STEP 12/12
When the bean sprouts are cooked gently, cut the green onion diagonally and season it with salt and pepper
